Craft Anything rebuilds a site or game from one link
A free, open source tool plus Claude Code rebuilt Minecraft Classic from a single link in 11 minutes, with one clear limit.
Craft Anything takes a link and a short description of what you want, then has an AI coding agent build its own version of that site. In the reel, I pointed it at Minecraft Classic and didn't write a single line of the code. The tool is free and open source.
Start to finish, it took 11 minutes.
What it does with a link
You paste a URL and say what you want. From there the tool works through the site the way a person would.
It opens the page like a normal visitor. It takes screenshots at three screen sizes. It reads the fonts, colours and layout. That gives the agent something concrete to work from, instead of a vague prompt like "make something that looks like this".
Where the agent comes in
Once the tool has that picture of the site, an AI coding agent writes a new project. In my run that agent was Claude Code.
The last step is a check. The tool compares the copy with the original and keeps fixing it until it's close. So you aren't relying on a single generation pass. There's a loop that measures the output against the real thing.
In the reel I put the two side by side. The left one is the real game, the right one is the copy.
The limit you should know about
Its browser couldn't run the 3D game. That means the tool only saw the start screen.
The gameplay in the copy came from my written description. The tool never watched the game run. If you try this on something with a lot of behaviour behind the first page, expect to supply that behaviour in words.
That's also a fair way to read the result. The look of the start screen is something the tool observed. The way the game plays is something I described.
What to try
Each step is easy to reason about. Screenshots at three sizes, plus fonts, colours and layout, plus a compare-and-fix loop at the end. That also makes it easy to see where it will fall short, like it did with the 3D game.
Try it on a site with a simple front page first, and write down any behaviour you care about before you start. If the tool's browser can't run something, your description is what the agent will build from.
